Tidewater Senior Housing, Inc. was formed by Jeff Gannon and Michael Dillon.
Jeff has more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, business consulting and real estate development. He has developed investment models that are used to syndicate equity positions to Fortune 500 companies and provided advisory services to housing developers, real estate managers and construction companies. During the past five years as the Chief Operating Officer of a Houston based development company he was responsible for the successful development of four senior housing communities. Jeff is also a partner in several of these senior projects.
Michael has nearly 30 years of experience in all phases of construction. He has constructed more than 10,000 units of housing all across the United States. He has been in charge of residential construction for an Engineering News-Record top 500 construction company. During his career he has served as President of several construction companies including his own, which he started in 2001 and which continues to operate successfully.
For the past four years, Jeff and Michael have worked directly together developing and building six senior housing communities. All of these developments have achieved stabilized occupancy and converted to permanent financing.
Individually, they bring different, yet complimentary skill sets to Tidewater. Combined, they offer over twenty years of development and over thirty years of construction experience.
