Jeff Gannon and Michael Dillon first met more than fifteen years ago during the development and construction of several multi-family communities. Since then and in conjunction with the development of many senior communities across Texas, it became apparent that they shared a business philosophy built around honesty, integrity and quality.

Tidewater Senior Housing, Inc. was formed as an outgrowth of this shared philosophy. Tidewater Senior Housing is a development company focused on bringing all types of elderly living and memory care facilities to underserved markets in Texas. Using professional relationships cultivated over many years, they are able to assemble a team of highly experienced architects and engineers to design a facility that meets the needs of the area where the community is located as well as those of the investors and operators.

The partnership between Jeff and Michael brings together two related areas of experience. Combined, they offer more than twenty years of development and over thirty years of construction experience. This unique combination of skills and experience allows Tidewater to handle end-to-end development projects.
